DISCIPLINE COMMITTEE

The mandate of this committee is to hear evidence, deliberate and rule on complaint matters referred to it by the Inquiry Committee.

It holds a discipline hearing if a citation is issued against a Registered Massage Therapist by the Registrar.  Citations are commonly issued only after an investigation of a complaint by the Inquiry Committee.
