A. You need to keep files for seven years after the last date of entry
A. If a patient wants to go with one of the other therapists, have them sign a consent form to release their file. Otherwise, you must maintain records for seven years and keep information current with the College so if someone is looking for records we are able to locate you. If you are in this situation, it is best to call the College office and consult with the Registrar.
